Hi, unfortunately I am having exactly the same with communications issues as you. With phone calls the digital format sends me around in circles the same with any of the phone numbers you are given to try,I have tried the call back form but even with this you don’t get a case number or anything and all you do is fill in your phone number and name without being able to inform HMRC what my issue is and all your told is they will get back to you within 8 weeks. I also tried with a written letter sent 2 weeks ago and not even hot anything back saying that they have received it. Sorry I can’t help but thought you should know your not alone with these problems.
