Help please! Dutch Pension paid in UK - COR asks for DLT Agreement and Article number
I’ve trawled through various links but cannot find relevant detailsemployer pension from a ti. I have both a state and me working in Netherlands. Total of this income is less than €25k. My current Certificate of UK residence lapsed end of August, thus withholding tax now being applied. I’m completing a renewal request but have been asked for the appropriate agreement and article number. Closest I have found was an Article 18 Pensions - but this appeared to be a DLT Paper with France. Other links for Netherlands drop me to various old treaty headlines / generic multi level agreement. I just want to fill the 2 relevant answers on the CoR online application! Any help much appreciated!
