  • CGT deductibles for sale of two inherited properties in Scotland

My sister and myself inherited two properties from my late mother and we are selling both properties. It is a clean 50/50 split of the profits. Both properties are in Scotland. My questions are, a) can we deduct the solicitor fee for the Confirmation (Probate) process for my mums estate or only the solicitor conveyancing costs for the sale of the properties? b) are the home report costs that we had to have done to sell the properties tax deductible? c) Both properties have been lying empty since my mothers death, can we deduct any energy costs, deep clean or house insurance costs we have paid since her death?
