RE: Be both employed and self-employed at the same time
I am mainly employed and do some self-employed buying and selling as well. Each year I complete a self-assessment every year but last tax year my self-employed income was approximately £750 (£3000 income and £2250 expenses) due to my employed work taking precedent. Do I qualify for the £1000 trading allowance or do I have to pay tax on the £750.
