CGT for property transfer under Financial Order after divorce
Hi there, Just wondering if you can clarify please, both properties are under the financial order? 1 residential house: Is CGT applicable for husband to transfer his shares to the wife and give up his deed title after divorce? 1 buy to let property: Under husband's name solely. Is CGT applicable for husband to transfer the whole property to the wife after divorce? Many thanks! -
Changes in Declaration of Trust
Hi there, Just wondering if husband put his solely owned property in Declaration Trust to give the wife 100% beneficiary ownership, then decide to transfer the legal ownership fully to the wife later on. Does that mean they will need to close the Trust? The wife just carry on the Tax return as usual? Any other tax implications? Thank you.
