RE: Joint Account of Overseas Bank - How to report on Foreign Income with No Share at all
HI HMRC, I have the same situation here regarding an overseas bank account holding with my father who has 100% ownership of the fund. May I clarify that Form 17 would also be required along with the declaration of trust for overseas bank account as Form 17 seems only for property? Thanks
