I have paid 34 full years and due to ill health no longer work. My forecast is 175.85 - if I pay the outstanding year will this go up to the forecast of 213.77? It’s impossible to get through on the phone - and the online platform says because I am not currently working (contributing) I cannot make a payment online so need to be able to speak to someone!
