Hi I have lived in Ireland (ROI) for over 20 years and pay all tax there.  I have a private UK pension and am about to take it in several lump sum withdrawals ("partial encashment"). I understand that UK tax will be deducted at source - can I definitely claim all the tax back (and then obviously pay any tax due in Ireland)? If yes, would I use the DT Individual form HMRC 10/22?
