I keep contact the helpline but nothing happen HMRC don't send me back the credit I spoke 20 times with the helpline and they say is not any problem you gonna receive your 4380£ credit back in your account.2 month's past and nothing

I already contact the helpline and they ask me to send a letter with the reason why I request my credit back. I sent the letter last week where I attach my VAT ACCOUNT STATEMENT and where I explain my VAT has been close so I request a refund of the credit

Hi My VAT account is closed from 1 April 2023 but is in credit of 4380£ I keep call the helpline and explain but still no receiving the credit back on my bank account.All my details are up to date
