  • Potential contract overlapping

    Hello, my current employment contract expires on 29th February 2024. However looking at my unused annual leaves of 12 days my current employer has allowed 13th of February to be my last working day. My new employer wants me to join on 15th of February as there is an urgent event lined up and they cant wait until 1st March. I have aligned with both the employers - current and new- and both are okay with me starting my new job with contract overlapping dates however they asked me to check the taxation implications on my own as there might be two tax codes against my name between 15th to 29th of Feb. So wanted to understand what needs to be done here in this case.
