I want to find out if I can choose the years I can voluntarily backdate my payments. I want to pay for 6 years prior - but not for consecutive years. These are the years I want to pay 2007 - 2008 2009 - 2010 2010-2011 2011 - 2012 2012- 2013 2015- 2016
