  • A let property in own name, but let by a company

If one owns a property in his own name but he wants to run the rental business through his company, without charging his company any rent or fees, i.e. his company uses the property for free. Can he allow his company to use the property for letting and receive rental income, i.e. the company is the landlord as far as tenants are concerned? Of course, the company will be responsible for the usual expenses, such as repairs, council tax etc. Many thanks.
