I am executor of an estate that was valued at £152k in 2017, I submitted for IHT205 as no IHT was due. A compensation is now due to the deceased (his estate) which will take the value to £189k, still below IHT Threshold. Do I need to advise HMRC and if So how? Do I need to get a revised Grant of Probate and if so how? Thanks Simon
