Hi there, we have an employee who is stating that we as the employer are showing up twice in their employee HMRC portal and the start and end dates are completed with random dates.
Note: We did not file 'leave' dates on the FPS for this employee. There has been a tax code change only but I've never seen the Employer show up twice (almost as 2 separate entities).
Note: We did however make a mistake with the initial filing using an old Payroll ID and not indicating the change on the first FPS.
What can we do to fix this? - Thanks
