Tax deduction for furniture in working space within my house.
I am on PAYE but also do some software development consulting. My new house has 2 living rooms so one is dedicated to working with my clients for the software gigs. Is this tax deductible if I purchase a sofa and relevant furniture such as curtains, coffee machine, meeting desk etc for this room? This room is dedicated to working with clients. Please not that side job is not a registered business but more as a sole trading.
