RE: Consultancy work after redundancy
My wife was made redundant from an NHS Trust on September 30 2024. An organisation hosted by this NHS Trust has offered her consultancy work, but the host trust is trying to put her on payroll. What is the impact of this on the tax free £30000 of her redundancy pay?
