I am trying to complete this form online to print and post but I get to a certain point, property details, and I can't proceed any further. A red box appears at the top of the screen saying "error" but it doesn't specify what the problem is. Has this form been withdrawn? Can I request a copy to be posted or emailed to me please? Thank you
