I’ve been trying to log in to my HMRC account but keep encountering this message as the title. I’ve been calling the HMRC hotline since July 2024, but the issue is still unresolved. They initially told me it would take 4–6 weeks, but every time I follow up, they just say they’re busy. It’s getting quite frustrating. Is there any way to resolve this?
