HI I made the payment for outstanding contributions once I received the information from the UK tax office - however I forgot to put IC after my national insurance number and before my surname in the reference. The payment was made from a UK bank account and i wanted to know do i have to redo the payment (will the initial payment be returned) or will the payment be allocated correctly? I am conscious that the deadline for payment is coming up soon
