  • Class 2 NIC - No update on their SA Online Account

    Hi, I register my client's through the CWF1 or SA1 online forms when are registered as their agent. However, their online record never seems to update for Class 2 NIC purposes. After submitting their SA return, I receive an amended tax calculation (SA100) back from HMRC, which excludes the Class 2. Can anyone shed some light on the reason behind this? Or offer an alternative approach? Thanks
