Okay thanks and when I sell my goods to businesses in south Ireland I zero rate the vat and don’t charge them any?

Thanks in advance for all answers. I’m a northern Irish based company and I buy my good from GB and pay VAT. I have an XI vat number for selling to south Ireland. So if I charge my customers in south Ireland no vat. Can I claim back the vat I paid when I bought the product from England?
