Re: Importing Titanium Dioxide from China. After some initial investigation, EU issued a report stating further analysis of anti-dumping of Chinese Titanium Dioxide into Europe was required. However this report also mentioned that if after further investigation, anti-dumping duties are put in place, then this would be retrospectively done from 1st June. I suppose this is to ensure that large volumes are not now imported before the final decision is made. Do the UK automatically follow the same as the EU or will the UK do their own analysis based on a different find line?
