Hello I am trying to transfer credits from my spouse to myself by completing form CF411A - The form requires the Child Benefit reference number which we can not find anywhere. We have checked our bank statements but unfortunately, it is not mentioned on the statement. We also called HMRC and were told that this number no longer exists and that everything related to child benefits is now listed under her National Insurance number. Our problem is that the system will not accept the CF411A form without the original Child Benefit reference number. Where else can we try and find this reference number?
