RE: Gains from Hong Kong MPF
I am currently an HK tax residence but own an apartment in UK. If I withdraw my entire MPF fund in Hong Kong and retire in UK, is the MPF fund subject to UK tax? Does this matter if I stay for more than 46 days in the 2025/2026 tax year? Thanks
