I have the same problem. I transferred a national insurance contribution gap payment in June representing 12 years. The website said do not phone to check if the payment has been received. Now it’s October , the contributions are not showing on here and any phone number I dialled last week is a dead end if you select accurately what you are calling about. I’ll try those phone numbers this week again, I need to speak to someone.
