I am a Spanish Resident and have completed over the years Spanish Tax Forms and Self Assessments for a UK Property. I am now starting to draw down on a SIPP pension and have been told I need to obtain a NT Code so I only pay Tax in Spain. Please can you tell me which HMRC form I need to complete and other procedures I need to complete. Thank you.
