I live in the UK and not employed. I have been abroad from 2017-2022, accompanying my spouse and was not employed. Can I pay Class 2 voluntary contribution during this period?

My wife had been away from UK for five years 2017-2022. (I had been employed outside UK during this period.) She has been unemployed throughout while in the UK and during the period abroad. She has been my dependent. She already has automatic enrolment for 3 years. She wants to pay voluntary contribution for the above period 2017-2022. Is she eligible for Class 2?
