Thank you for sharing the guidance and apologies for asking again but I'm struggling to follow the guidance which is why I have asked the question here.

Last year I sold shares in the USA in order to buy my house in the UK. I paid tax on the capital gains in the US. I'm unsure what Foreign Tax Credit Relief % I can claim in the self-assessment form. Thank you
