In HMRC Online I have. self-employed Business account and a personal account. I am no longer self-employed so I want to remove the Business Tax account. Question - if I do this will I still be able to see all previous years Self-assessments etc or will they all disappear so I cant see past submissions? Thanks

Thanks but that was not what I meant. I was asking of someone could direct me to the page on HMRC Online displays account balances.

Apols if its obvious but I expect my Business Online Account to show a surplus but I cant see anywhere where the balance is displayed if in credit. Any help welcome.
