HMRC tax refund abroad
Hello, I have moved out of the UK about four months ago and I received a tax refund cheque that I was unable to deposit through my bank app. I have two questions about that: - If it possible to give it to a friend of mine who still lives in the UK and could they deposit for me? -If not, I am planning in visit London in January 2025 (arriving on the 14th). The date in the cheque is 16 July 2024. Would be able to deposit the cheque when I visit The UK or will be expired? Thank you very much! -
I think there is an issue with my U1 document
Hello, I've moved out of the UK almost two months ago and as soon as I did I applied for the U1 document. I've received this document today in my house in Spain but I think is incomplete. It doesn't include all the contributions I've made to the National Insurance and, also, in the "income details" section I can only see those wages I received from the last job I had in the UK but not for the previous ones. How can I solve this? Can I apply for another document with all my National Insurance Contributions of my time in the UK? Thanks a lot!
