Please could you confirm whether the Research Council Pension Scheme (PSTR for RCPS is 00363393RH) is classified by HMRC as a 'government scheme' and hence whether the HMRC would retain taxation rights in the UK under the double taxation treaty between the UK and Ireland should I become tax resident in Ireland in the future (I will remain a UK national).
