Rebasing from April 5 2015 (Non-resident)
Am I correct that, should I choose to use the rebasing method for calculating my capital gains (as a non-resident now selling the home in UK that I lived in for several years), any expenses incurred - legal fees to purchase & any upgrades before April 6 2015 - are NOT included in the 'Minus all costs, including improvements' category?
