I am in a similar situation. I started small withdrawals from my UK pension in late 2023, and I submitted Form US-Individual 2002 to the IRS at the beginning of 2024. The IRS confirmed that they forwarded the validated form the HMRC in February 2024. I have not heard anything from HMRC. How will I know if/when my NT code has been approved?
