Hi, Could you please share your opinion: if I have two rented properties: one UK, one foreign , can I use expenses against UK property ( in self assesment) while using £1000 allowance against income for foreign property ( on the same self assesment). I have called HMRC and got confirmation it is absolutelly legit but double checking to make sure I will not make a mistake.
