To HMRC admin Could we all please get a simple answer to this simple question: Is UK tax relief available to a UK resident/taxpayer on a lump sum payment of a Canadian RRSP whch accumulated prior to April 2017 and which on deregistering/withdrawal is taxed at 25% in Canada by the Canadian Revenue Authority?
