RE: Eligibility for VAT refund claim under the DIY Housebuilders Scheme for new build
I have recently submitted my VAT claim for my self build property only to be told that my Chartered Surveyors Final Certificate is not acceptable. Could you please explain why this is the case. Many thanks.
