CGT on putting sons nameon Deeds
My wife and I own a property mortgage free value £300k we would like to add our sons name to the deeds , will we have to pay CGT I also own a rental property value £180k mortgage £80k and would like to add my sons name , he will not receive any of the rental payments , will I have to pay CGT
