Temporary Importation of Aircraft for Repair or Modification
If we bring an aircraft into our facility for repair or modification from outside of the UK and they dont have a valid C88 do we need to import them under the simplified IPR route? If so what steps are needed to complete this? How do we satisfy the IPR if they then carry out charter operations in the UK before departing the UK?
