Hi, I started working as an Uber Eats delivery driver in February 2023. During the 2022-23 financial year, I earned £700. Since my income was below £1,000, I did not register for self-assessment. However, for this financial year, I will need to register for self-assessment. While filling out the registration, I’m being asked for the start date of my self-assessment. Could you please advise me on which date I should mention? Thank you for your assistance.
