QROPS withdrawal in Switzerland
Hello I have had a QROPS in Malta since 2016 and have not been a UK Tax resident since 2006. I want to liquidate my QROPS. I am tax resident in Switzerland and would like to know if the double tax treaty would cover a lump sum payment like this. Would I pay UK Tax or Swiss Tax on this? Thankyou
