Hi, How to count the "4 years" specifically, under the 4-year FIG Regime? If I have already arrived in UK before this new regime, how should I count the first earliest year that scheme could be applied? Also, which year should be the first year, if I arrived in mid of the year (not full year in UK)? Should I count one year already, if I lived in UK for more than 183 days? Thanks.
