    Hello. I have a furnished holiday let which I want to cease being an FHL in this tax year and then dispose of it using BADR in the next tax year. I am after guidance that... A. Is it correct I can do this under the new rules? B. How do I formally 'cease' an FHL? C. Once an FHL is ceased, are there any restrictions on letting out the property either within 2024/25 or subsequent tax years? Thanks so much!
