Hello, I am a resident in Ireland (IRL ) and non-resident in the UK. Am I entitled to claim personal allowances? If so, am I correct to put X in Box 15 in SA 109?

Hi, Appreciate if you could assist on the following questions: 1. The estate management has done some landscaping work for my property. In which box of SA105 should I enter the payment? 2. Tax payments towards tax bill for 2023-24 has been calculated in the Tax Calculation for 2022-23. The second payment will be due by 31 July 2024. Is this information needed in the Tax Return 2024? If so, where should I enter the information? Thank you.
