Hi, I am currently working in India and will continue to work in India till April 3rd week 2024. However, I will start working in UK from May 2024. My future UK employer has asked to declare one of the below. Would I qualify for option A ? Could you please help? Thanks in advance * Please select one of the following statements: A - Do not choose this statement if you’re in receipt of a State, Works or Private Pension. This is my first job since last 6 April and I have not been receiving taxable Jobseeker's Allowance, Employment and Support Allowance, taxable Incapacity Benefit, State or Occupational Pension. B - Do not choose this statement if you’re in receipt of a State, Works or Private Pension. This is now my only job but since last 6 April I have had another job, or received taxable Jobseeker's Allowance, Employment and Support Allowance or taxable Incapacity Benefit. I do not receive a State or Occupational Pension. C - Choose this statement if as well as my new job, I have another job or receive a State or Occupational Pension
