  • CGT primary residence being divided to flats and sold

I'm wondering if anyone can help advise me. Me and my partner own a semi detached property that is being divided into flats. This is currently our private residence. The freehold will be held in our names, but leaseholds will be purchased by Ltd company owned by us. I'm aware that the leasehold will be sold at market rate and associated SDLT would need to be paid. My question is, would there be CGT payable when these flats are sold?
