Hi All, I am writing on behalf of my spouse, and he is in the same situation. Paid his 3 years contribution last June 2024 and despite been told that the payments have arrived and promised that the payments will be allocated shortly still as per today 13/03/2025 still nothing has happened. To be honest I am really disappointed that such a major government has got this backlogs.
