  • Ltd invoicing client in USA

    As a Ltd, what does the company need to know with regards to invoicing a client based in the USA (specifically, for providing them with software design and development services)? For example, my understanding is that a sole trader needs to file a W-8BEN form so that the client does not withdraw 30%, are there any equivilent requirement for Ltds? Any other general information, resources, links, etc, is greatly appreciated.
