Hello, I've sold property overseas but didn't move money to the UK and don't plan to. There is a Capital Gain on this. Do I need to declare? I'm not UK citizen, just became UK resident in 2024, never lived in the UK before.

Hello, I entered the UK in April and collected BRP for my kids and me. My kids didn't enter the UK yet. I plan to fly back to pick them. Their vignette expires 30th of June. We are planning our relocation, so the question is, do my kids need to come before the 30th of June? Can we come later as their BRP has already been collected and can fly, for example, somewhere in July without wondering about the Vignette sticker? -- Alex
