CGT on sale of commercial prop part residential and part commercial
We sold a property in early October 24. It was bought in 1981 and until 2017 it was 100% a commercial office building used by my business. In 2018 (75%) was converted into 3 FHL units and the remainder stayed as an office. I am a higher rate tax payer , can I apportion any aspect of this sale as commercial ?
