  • Pension Pot - Tax refund?

I'm 60 & still working full time but took a lump sum from a pension pot to clear my mortgage. I received a fraction of the 'pot' tax free but the remainder was taxed at 40%. The pension scheme were to send me a tax reclaim form but when it didn't arrive I thought I'd wait until the end of the tax year. I've received my P60 from work which only relates to my salary - my question is will any tax refund I'm due in relation to the 40% tax I paid on the pension lump sum automatically be calculated & refunded or should I complete a P53Z?
